James has worked in public accounting since 1999.  He began his career with Deloitte in Nashville, where he worked for two years.  For the next eleven years he worked for Janney & Associates, CPAs, P.C. and in 2003 he began working in Livingston when Janney & Associates merged with the firm of the late Larry Eldridge, CPA.

Over the years James has gained valuable experience in areas of tax preparation, consulting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial statement preparation and many other accounting and business related functions.  His focus is providing tax, accounting and financial solutions that free his clients so that they can focus on the important things in their lives.

James graduated from Tennessee Technological University in December 1998 and became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in June 2000. He is a member of several professional and service organizations including the AICPA, TSCPA, NATP, Rotary International, and is a board member of the Livingston Overton County Chamber of Commerce.

James is excited to have had the opportunity to meet so many great people and become part of a fantastic community.  He has grown to love Livingston and Overton County and in 2009 he and his wife Rachel made the decision to move here because this is where they wanted to raise their daughters Amelia and Kathryn.
